Peer Grief Support Walking Group.
Have you experienced a death of a loved one and need a safe place to walk your grief journey? Come walk with our experienced Hospice Volunteers every Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. by the tennis courts at Polson Park.

This group is for people who are:

• Grieving
• Looking to rebuild connections
• Wanting to create new routines
• Hoping to add new friends into their lives
• Wanting to improve or focus on their health
