Peer Grief Support Walking Group.
Have you experienced a death of a loved one and need a safe place to walk your grief journey? Come walk with our experienced Hospice Volunteers every Tuesday and Thursday by the tennis courts at Polson Park.

This group is for people who are:

• Grieving
• Looking to rebuild connections
• Wanting to create new routines
• Hoping to add new friends into their lives
• Wanting to improve or focus on their health
