As the holiday season approaches, many of us may find ourselves facing feelings of loss, grief and bereavement. NOHS offers a free program, ‘Holiday Transitions – Finding Comfort and Joy in the Holidays’, to help you navigate these challenging times.

Robin Collins, NOHS Grief & Bereavement Counsellor will be leading the program. Join us for an open discussion, light refreshments, and festive decorations as we remember and honour loved ones.
