The North Okanagan Hospice Society, Vernon & District Immigrant & Community Services Society and the Vernon Towne Theatre are pleased to announce the presentation of a special event, Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos).

The community celebration will be at the Vernon Towne Theatre with the showing of the 2017 Disney film “Coco”.

The family friendly movie is a lovely representation of the heartwarming tradition of Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, which celebrates and remembers family members who have passed on.
