Our interdisciplinary team here at North Okanagan Hospice Society includes RNs, RCAs, a social worker, a grief counsellor, physicians, pharmacists, support staff, administration staff, trained volunteers and practicum students. North Okanagan Hospice Society offers:

CASUAL RN's AND RHCA's:

We are seeking an experienced casual Registered Nurses and Registered Health Care Assistants to join our dedicated team of providers in a dynamic and rewarding health care environment.

NOHS operates a 12-bed palliative care facility and we are a contracted partner with the Interior Health Authority. NOHS was incorporated in 1984 as a charitable organization with the purpose of supporting those with a palliative diagnosis, their loved ones and the bereaved.

All staff must provide evidence that they have complied with the Province of British Columbia Public Health Office immunization and tuberculosis control programs prior to employment.

Student Practicum Training

North Okanagan Hospice Society provides ongoing opportunities for post-secondary students who wish to pursue hospice palliative care practicum training with us. If you are an interested instructor with students who wish to apply, please contact us for more information about this training.
